Cause I felt the need for one. And this is about the only place I can change things at 2:30 in the morning without making it sound like the house is falling down.

- I started this blog in 2008 so I'd have a place to record my thoughts. I have a sleep disorder called Narcolepsy, and I also have Cataplexy. The Cataplexy causes me to become weak to the point of paralysis in response to sudden emotion, most notably laughter, being startled, sudden anger, etc. This disorder has had a great impact on my life, and this blog is about how I deal with it all.
