Way, Way, WAY too long. Sorry to all of my loyal readers, I know most of you use this as a way of checking up on me, and without this you're a bit lost as to what's going on in my life.
Don't worry though, I've not been gone because of a downward turn, but an upward turn.
I think I'll try a monthly update, for both January and up 'til today in February, so you know what's going on.
Okay, here goes.

- I started this blog in 2008 so I'd have a place to record my thoughts. I have a sleep disorder called Narcolepsy, and I also have Cataplexy. The Cataplexy causes me to become weak to the point of paralysis in response to sudden emotion, most notably laughter, being startled, sudden anger, etc. This disorder has had a great impact on my life, and this blog is about how I deal with it all.
